My nieces birthmother gave my cousin her baby 2 yrs and 4 months ago. She has never suppported her and has constently told this child I am not your mother. The birth mother is a drug abuser and is abusive to her other childern. This woman has always known where her child was but has never tried to get to know her. Now she wants her back and we are sure that this happy well adjusted child will be abused. What can we do?
