No, you can't leave the country unless you have prior written permission from your PO. You will be stopped at the airport either coming or going as soon as they run your name.

No, you still have to notify them of moves and can not leave the country without permission ( unless it was covered previously)

What can and can't you do on non reporting probation? Are you allowed to consume alcohol/drugs, and is a officer going to the home at any time, or they just on their own with the Possibility of being visited
