    Weight in thighs
    I have been holding a lot a of weight in my thighs then my body... and its kind of embracing which makes my back side a bit bigger... and I have been doing a lot of exercise most of them showed me no results... could some one give me some helo in excercises related to thighs...

    I wish I could give you good news, but really, all you can do is diet and exercise. The good news is that weight on your thighs does not pose a health risk, unlike weight in your belly. The bad news is that is is very hard to shift. While belly fat often responds well to low carb diets, thigh fat is a matter of keeping your calories low and doing plenty of cardio.

    One study did find that women who did a HIIT style spinning class lost more inches of their thighs than the women who did a steady speed cycle for longer.
