I don't know. I'll bet not. But, in any case, it's much too soon to consider it. Most states require a fairly long period of criminal free conduct before you can even apply.

Toward that end, the problem I think you'll have, is the fact that there are TWO convictions. The grounds you would use for expungement of the FIRST conviction (that there was a LONG period of criminal free conduct, that you've learned your lesson and should be given a chance) is defeated by getting a second conviction shortly after the first one.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't run all this by a competent lawyer.
