I recently inherrited 6 etchings all 4" x 6" of woman wearing different hats maybe Paris or Europe woman . Just from their chest up. The woman look like they are from the 1920's or 30's on the back of each one is a silver seal saying genuine etching , Paris Etching Society the front a c in a circle and next to that reads Sidney Z. Lucas and above that is a R in a circle and in another circle SLZ. I would like to know there value in any thank you. Amber

Works of members of the Paris Etching Society have next to zero street value.

I'm not citing that from a book or anything, but am citing it from the fact that about any PES etching/print you search, you never come up with a value, but only come up with a few people looking for the same answer.

I'll tell you, that the Patriotic Elephant hasn't a clue. (why else would he identify himself as such). In any case, I have a similar aquatint etching from Paris, with the SZL stamp
of authenticity. This, along with a penciled name of artist, title, will grant you that it is
original, and likely a First Edition. That alone has value!

You may want to look up your artist, title, under more scholarly persons outside
    of a flag-bearing elephant.

    good luck to you!

Zen, these etching don't come from France but New York.
Just because it has a pencilled name and a SZL stamp DOESN'T mean it's a First Edition at all !
I believe that you are misleading or even "Boiler rooming" the OP.

Have a look Here for further information.
