My mom doesn't want me. She wants me out the house because she can't stand me. I cannot be emancipated because I am only 14. I can not be adopted because she says no one will want me. What am I supposed to do?

Legally this is emotional abuse and you can go to any Police Station, report it and ask to be put into the foster care system. There will be a hearing scheduled.

You can also talk to someone at your school or Church and ask for assistance.

Age of emancipation depends on the state that you live in...

I can't I do not want to be anywhere else I want to live with my mom I know I am too old to be entered in a system where I will just be thrown from one home to another. I can't go to a teacher because I don't want to be in a foster home. I am not in a church because religion "does not run in this family" my mom will not take me. I can not support myself at this age. What else can I do?

Legally she can not just put you out, where is your father in this, what about fathers family or mothers family

My dad is not in the picture he gave up custody of me and my sister and wouldn't want either of us no matter what. She raised me and has been hating me for a while . She wants me gone and I want to be gone. I am just unable to take care of myself.

You just said that you didn't want to leave. What about other family members?

I don't understand. She hates you and you want to be emancipated so you can get away from her, but you say you don't want to leave her ("I want to live with my mom").

If you're a mom can you please tell me what would make you want to kick your kid out? I'm not a bad kid I make good grades I never get into trouble I do chores I help her I try so hard and I can't understand what I did wrong I just need to know why I can't be loved anymore. What would make you want one child and not the other?

If I was a mother, NOTHING would make me kid my child out. Not only is it illegal and morally wrong. But it's teaching tons of bad ideals to that kid.

All right. Sit and think for a minute. You've lived there all your life. Has anything changed? When did her attitude toward you change? What had happened? Is she blaming you for something, even if it wasn't your fault?

You have not really answered why your mother considers you a burden to her? In what way?

Is there a possibility that as a single mother in this economy you are getting some negative feedback as the oldest child?

Is your mother under a lot of personal pressures? And taking it out on you inappropriately?

Maybe your mother needs some intervention? Assistance? It is doubtful that she hates you, but unfortunately it maybe she is having some misplaced anger.

Its always been like this its just gotten worse.

Does she say that she hates you? Does she have an alcohol or drug problem?
