I have a 97 dodge 2500 pick up cummins diesel all the lights on the dash come on and the truck comes out of overdrive I changed the pcm and the ignition switch can anyone help me with what else could be the problem thank you

When you say all the dash lights come on, do you mean the illumination lights or the warning lights?

Is the truck stalling out or just those lights happen to come on at random?

Truck stays running when I am driving and lights comeon truck loses power and I can't get it over 65 tach also drops to zeroand sometimes bury on red zone
