    Relinquishing My Parental Rights
I would like to give up my parental rights (voluntarily), my son has been in foster care for four years, I have not had ANY contac with him since he has been in foster care, he does not want to see me, and I do not wish to see him, he is a thief, a con man and a habitual liar I am not paying any child support, I did pay prior to him going to a foster home but not since he has been in one for the four years.

Can I submit the paperwork and voluntarily give up my parental rights for the following reasons and have this petition granted.

    (1) Extreme Parental Disintrest
    (2) Failure to maintain contac
    (3) Voluntary Relinquishment
    (4) Child's Best Interest
    (5) Foster Care f0r 48 Months

    Thanks

Nope. None of those are grounds for granting a TPR. If someone adopts the child, then you can get your rights terminatd.
