Hey, I'm 3 weeks late for my period and I'm starting to get very worried. :(
I haven't had sexual intercourse but have done sexual acitivity near the time when my period was due
Today I've started having cramps and a weird feeling in my stomach, I can't tell if their my period cramps or different cramps.
I've talked about it to my friends and my boyfriend but they all say it's because about a day or so before my period was due, I didn't eat properly for two days (all I eat was a mini sausage roll).
I really don't know what to do :confused:

Okay well you could be late due to stress. I know I have had 2 periods in a row because I was so stressed out. I have had friends skip months as well. If you have not had intercourse how could you be pregnant? Did you get sperm inside of you in any other way? Then theirs no way your pregnant

Have you tried a pregnancy test? That would be the first step. As unknown2world said, it could just be an off period. The cramping may indicate you will start soon, or you may skip this month altogether. Try a pregnancy test... if negative, see what happens next month when your period would be due. For future reference, either use a form of birth control or avoid any sort of sexual activity that would allow the possibility of sperm entering your vagina.
