I am one day 11 of my missed period, and have taken 4 HPT and all that been a BFN (last one this morning).

I am experiencing some signs;
Tried all day long, tender breasts, frequent urination, a little bit of darking or the areola, slight cramping but not leading to my period or even spotting, as well as having slight cravings for things like pickles, I don't know if I have been any moodier then normal, but I cried this morning but that was do to the fact that I have no idea what is going on, I just don't feel like myself. I am not any more stressed out then normal, but I am starting to worry. Less then a year ago I became pregnant but we didn't find out until I was 3 months and it ended up being a tubular pregnancy, and by that time I was so far along that I have to have surgery to have it removed. I really don't want to have to go through that again, so I am wanting to catch the pernancy as soon as I can to do everything I can to avoid that again.

Is there a chance that I am still pregnant even though 4 tests said no? Should I test again or go to the doctors? (if so when should I test again).

Given your history, check with your doctor about having a blood test done. Sometimes urine test don't always pick a pregnancy up right away.
Period may just be late or a no show this cycle, but of course you will want to know for sure.
