I have a 3 month old son and the fathers baby has not seen him or helped me financially in any way.I have tried to get him to visit him and he tells me he is, and never shows up and just blows me off!! I applied for child support and my case is pending, if I get granted child support does he have the right to see the baby even if he is not on the birth certificate? :confused:

Yes, if you get an order that he pay you child support by doing so you will have also established he is the legal father. And, as legal father, of course he will have custody/visitation rights.
