    Child support and child visitation
I have a 3 month old son and the fathers baby has not seen him or helped me financially in any way. I applied for child support and my case is pending, if I get granted child support does he have the right to see the baby even if he is not on the birth certificate?

Did you apply for child support through an agency, or by order of a court? He has a right to visitation at some point, and under reasonable conditions. Some couples work these things out, while others file papers in court so the details are not left to chance and circumstances.

He has the right to go to court, just like you are and ask for visititation even joint custody if he wants,
As soon as you prove he is the father to collect child support he is not legally the father and can also get visits.

Normally when you file for child support the issue of visits will be addressed also.
