Wondering if I can retrofit the fan for a bigger CFM i.e. 600CFM
Instead of the existing (300CFM) that comes with the
Frigidaire Range Hood/ Microwave combo model: PLMV169DC

Or even if this is possible?

I am sure it will work if you can find the correct motor that will fit and have the correct rotation. You might also look into getting a new fan blade that will also allow the extra power to be applied properly.
