I am being sued (unfairly) by someone who is known in the local entertainment industry. The suit revolves around a business transaction we were both involved in.

The “entertainer” accosted me at an event we both had a right to be at and heatedly threatened me, trying to get me to back down from my counterclaim. There were witnesses. I filed a report and the police are taking it seriously.

If he gets arrested, or even if he doesn’t get arrested, can I notify the local media that this suit exists and the ensuing encounter?

You can, of course if the case is dismissed he can sue you
