Okay I am 22 years old and I have been scarred twice in my life once when I was younger and was coming in the military I have not been in a relationship in 4 years and a couple months How can I go out and date when I have been out of the country for so long and not only that but how can I go out there and date where are some places to look for people and date I am not shy about going up to a woman and talk to her but when they walk away I keep going but where are some places to go to date women? Mostly I have seen people on myspace and dating services but they are expensive

Meet people, the local stores, the mall, talk to the people who wait on you at places.

In the US, you have free dating ( or fairly cheap) such as Yahoo daing or eharmony.

I live in norfolk virginia and here is nothing more than a whole lot of military people
