I recently had a real bad experience with my new dentist in Georgia

One of the technician scratched my face with the dental pick during the dental visit.

I have been to dentist for years and never experienced this kind of torture.

My face was all bloody and I was freak out. I asked for someone else to work on my teeth.

What if she pokes my kid in the eyes with the pick, Danielle(12 years old daughter) happened to go to this office too?

I was afraid that I will get a scar on my face, so I took a picture of my face with my iPhone.

Seeing me taken pictures with my phone, the office manager said it was against their policy that I took pictures and asked me to leave. They made a mistake on my face, and turned around treated me like a criminal. Unbelievably rude ?

I am so upset about the whole thing, but don't know what to do ?

What would you recommend for me to do ? Can I write a complain letter to someone ?

Your and the dentist ID have been deleted.

But what you need to do is get the scratch checked by a medical doctor and get better photos of it, than a phone makes including some close ups.

Then you get the dentist to pay for any medical treatment and if there is any scars a fee for that.

Beyond that, you take all of your evidence and file a complaint with the BBB and also with the State Medical Board that issues the license for the dentist.

While this is not acceptable, a accident can happen, and there may be other info not provided as to the cause.

Also this was a technician not the dentist
