    Crdit card default/what can they take
    I have a judgment against me, can they take my pension/or s.s.disability checks?i live in pennsylvania.

    To be on the safe side, unit l4, stop having your cheques deposited by the government and sent to your house instead. Anything in your bank account is fair game.

    Pension checks/deposits, yes. SS checks/deposits, no. Co-mingled funds (both checks in the same bank account), yes.
