    Default judgement
I have a default judgement against me but it doesn't state how long I have to pay it. Are there specific laws in Georgia that state how long I can take to pay it off. I am paying the second time for work done in my house because our G.C. didn't pay his subs.

I believe a Judgment is good for 10 years, renewable for another 10. They don't have to wait for you to pay it. They can collect by any means which is legal in your State.

A judgement is payable immediately. You can try and negotiate a payoff over time with the judgement holder. But that would be at their option.

As Judy noted, they can use any legal means available to collect.
