Want to take custody of my children
    Hi,

I and my wife are separated since 1999. She has gone for good and settled with another guy since 2oo4. Now my children r with my in-laws and they are refusing to give my children to my custody, because they want to harrass me, so that I should not get settled in life with someone else. I have filed the case in the court but there also my in-laws are playing around by bribing. I don't know how to deal the matter. Can u suggest me?

Why do your x-inlaws have your children in the first place.

If you have been fighting this for at least five years, why are there no custody arrangements already in place. What was decided when your wife left, between the two of you.

What country are you in. I can only offer an opinion with what I am familiar with in North America.

Do you have a lawyer? Have you gone to court? Do you have at least visitation?

It is unusual that when a couple splits, that neither parent has custody of the children. Do the inlaws (x) have legal custody?
