I have an interview for an IT Helpdesk Assistant. Can anyone help me? What kind of questions do they usually ask or do I need to prepare anything specific?

I started in IT help desk and on one interview they asked me how I would handle a call with someone eating food while on the phone with me. They are really just going to see how your people skills are and your IT knowledge. GOOD LUCK!!
