Not an expert on this and I'm thinking things might be a bit different in your part of the world, but from what I've seen...

I suspect that you just need to find a standard business letter format and using that format, simply state: the purpose of the letter (to make the recipient aware of your company and your wish to do business with them), tell them who you and your company are, give a very brief brief history of the company, state briefly what your capabilities are regarding the quality of your product and your rate of production, and in the ending paragraph state your desire to meet with a representative of the company you are writing to .

This should not take over a page I would think.
