I keep getting the same message on the lapto. That my SnMaster. Idx database file is missing. How can I resolve this problem.

Go to control panel and add remove programs and you have to unisntall All AOL programs.

Now go to c:\program files folder in windows explorer and delete any folders relating to AOL

Now re-install AOL - should be find now
