I am going to be moving back into my house that was perviously winterized. What do I need to do before I move back in & get everything running. The has been anti-freeze put in the sink & toilet traps. My house runs off a well, and I will be moving back in in the winter, so the temperature will still be below freezing in the house.

The first thing I would do is warm up the house for a good part of the day so all the pipes will get above freezing. Don't turn any water on till all mechanicals warms up.
Shut all faucets and check all the drainage system for clean out plugs pulled etc. Re connect plugs.
Once everything is warmed up flip the breaker to start the well pump and make sure that works properly. Hopefully its maintained its prime and doesn't need re primed.
Run the faucets and flush the toilet.
After all water lines are purged and pressurized now you can turn on the hot water heater.

If you aren't sure what you are doing I would call a plumber. It may cost you a hundred bucks up front but if you don't get all the plugs back on and end up with water damage it could end up costing a lot more. If you know who winterized it you could also call and have them walk you through the procedure as they would know which clean-outs were removed.
