I have currently for the first time got an extremely painful hemroid. I took warm baths and took fiber. Now 2 days later it is bleeding. Its not a lot to where it would run down , but its enough to where I can feel it and see it after I go to the bathroom. Please help me get rid of this embarrassing situation.

Just to be sure it just a bleeding hemorrhoid and not something else I would see your doctor and get that checked out.

As far as embarrassing just realize millions of adults have the same problem. Me included from lifting/ straining in construction etc.

Ask your doctor, but as far as getting RID of a hemorrhoid usually requires surgery unless there is a new way I don't know about. Creams for hemorrhoids shrinks the swollen tissue to help elevate the pain.

See the family doctor No doubt he deals with this situation on a regular basis.

I deal with this problem and my friend had his operated on some years ago. That's how common hemorrhoids are.
