I agree with DoulaLC. When I was pregnant I had horrible morning sickness for 5 months. During my 4th month my doctor told me I could take a half a Unisom tablet and a B6 vitamin and that this would help. I didn't like the idea of the Unisom but I tried it... and it worked!

If it is just nausea you are feeling, then the home remedies might work. But if you are not able to keep any food or liquids down, you may have to ask your obgyn for prescription meds like zofran.

I had severe nausea with uncontrolled vomiting starting from my 5th week. None of the home remedies worked for me. My doctor put me on 3 diff tabs per day, only one of them worked sometimes.

Hope yours is not that bad and goes away with the home remedies.

I use hard candy and B6. Both work well. I suck the candy at first sign and take the B6 at the same time every day.
