Our new puppy also tested positive for Parvo after only 3 days of falling in love with her. My questions is. I know everything needs to be cleaned with a bleach/water solution but what can I clean my carpet and upholstery with that will kill this horrible virus but not ruin my carpet and furniture. Is there a company that does this?

I cleaned everything with the bleach/water solution. I put it in a spray can and misted everything. I even misted the cat per our vets advice. Cats can carry the virus but not get it. The bleach is so diluted that it did no damage to anything in my house. I also sprayed the yard and put a sign in front for a couple weeks to let other dogs owners know not to let their dog wander in our yard. Our dog made it through and lived for 17 years.
