Hi the mother of my child has stopped my accsess over something stupid my dog caught flees and I sent my daughter back to her mams and she found a flee in her hair so she has stopped her coming threw my daughter is 5 nx month and her mother has stop my accsess on and of a few times over the years and all been over stupid thing and I've decided I want to go for full acsess but I'm down as father unknown can get a DNA test done with out the mother knowing as I need one before I can go to court and what chance would I stand getting full accsess .

Any test you do before court will be worthless. If you are the father of the child, go to court and have your rights enforced. They will order the DNA test.

I am not sure what you mean by full access. Do you mean a regular visitation schedule? You stand a great change of that.
