For a few weeks when filling up my tank it would take a long time to fill it up, the pump would quit like it was filled up. Tonight when I tried to fill it up I could only get it to take 2 cents at a time plus it wouldn't all go in it would like spit some back out. Could you help me with this problem and let me know if the fix is costly?

I would guess someone put something in the fill tube. I would use something to push open and see with a flashlight, NOT Matches or a lighter for blockage. Or maybe the Vent is blocked.

It would really help if you told us the make, model, and year of your vehicle. Some models have technical service bulletins relating to problems with fill-up. Ford has redesigned some filler tubes. Other have had problems with the emissions systems.
