February 18, 2009. Hello, I'm a 49 year-old gentleman who has been for years working on my conceptual automotive design. Lately, I've started driving down a rather bumpy road, as I've been seeking some funds to take my automotive project to the next level. Basically, I'm looking for a government grant, so that I can pay a draftsman and an engineer to complete a prototype for it.
