I seem to r4ecall a scene from a movie in which a man goes into an appliance store or repair shop and turns on all the radios, fans, lamps, etc. but I cannot place it. Can anyone help?

I don't remember the movie name though...

The only movie that comes to mind is "Be kind Rewind" with Jack Black and Mos Def.
