Your hair, work a big dollop of it (about 2-3 tablespoons) into the
Hair with a few drops of warm water and work it in well from the scalp

Cover you hair with a shower cap or a hot towel, and leave the
Cream in for 15-30 minutes. Remove the cap or towel and rinse your
Hair thoroughly, until all the cream is removed. Do no reshampoo,
