Sometimes when I pray or when I feel troubled I hear things in my head. I ask questions and I sometimes get an answer in my mind... A different voice telling me things will be fine... or sometimes telling me what I should do. Advising me. I always believed it was an Angel sometimes and other times I feel like its God...

Lately, I've been praying a lot because I am having some troubles and I keep hearing 'Be patient.. It will all make sense sooner then you think'

But then sometimes when I get into a different frame of mind, I wonder if all of it is just me... But as it happens, I feel it is not..

Does this happen to other people? Am I crazy? Is it an Angel? Who is talking to me? Can there be more then one?

OK, your question has two answers In my opinion.
First, I do not believe that angles speak to us.
But God does. He sometimes speaks to me through what I receive as thoughts, sometimes through music, other times through other people. What you need to do is test what you hear with what the bible says. If what you hear stands up to this test, then it is a word from God.
Long time ago I once hears something that has stood with me for all my life.
" When in doubt, doubt the doubt"

Pray that you can be all that God created you to be. That God's hand of strength will guide you, and that God's Will can be done above all that you do. Ask that evil bow and flee from you.. In Jesus Name ... Amen (1 Chronicles 4:9-10)

Trust In The Lord...

Psalm 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

2 Samuel 22:31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.

Psalm 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Yes. It has happened to me. But not frequently.

I don't know. I had a sense it was God who spoke to me.

From reading the Lives of the Saints, I've learned that it can be many.

Beware however, to remain in constant prayer, as it may also be the enemy. So, it is important to remain in a state of grace, frequenting the Sacraments and uniting oneself continually to God.

I recommend the daily Mass and the Rosary.

No you are not crazy.
Yes I have heard voices when praying.
Yes I believe that God, angels and saints can be talking to me, also The Enemy can.
There are several tests.
One is to ask the voice if it is God, and angel or a saint.
If you quickly get and answer it is God, and angel or a saint. If there is a pause it is the Enemy.
The other is:"when in doubt, doubt the doubt".
Leek in mind that God answers prayers several ways.
Some of them are:
Yes,
No,
Maybe,
You've got to be kidding.
Others are assurance and be patient.
