Contact the attorney's office that sent it to you and let them know that they have the incorrect address.
Absolutely and also notify the Court in the event the Attorney ignores your letter (send it certified) and proceeds to Judgment.
Is the name similar? How was it delivered to you? If it was simply mailed by Law there HAD to be some type of personal service - hand delivered, nail and mail, substitute service, with the mailing the final step.
