    Unable to get Internet Explorer
I have 2 computers and connect to the internet via a Router. 1 connects fine but the other computer does not, although for the last year has worked fine.

When I try to connect it shows "internet Explorer cannot display the webpage " and when I try Diagnose Connection Problems it tells me that it could not detect any wired or wireless network cards installed and to make sure that the network card drivers are installed properly.

    Any help much appreciated.

TRy removing your network adapter in Control Panel, then reboot and let Windows redetect it.

Look in your Device Manager for yellow "Other" devices. Delete them if present.

Shut down your machine, unplug it, and open the case and reseat your network adapter.

Power the machine back on and perform a hardware discovery in the Device Manager.
