I have diabete and can't get a hard 0n anymore. I have tried pills and they do not work.

If your sugars are high, the highs take away from bloodflow everywhere else because your other organs and body are working overtime. So if you want to rise to the occasion make sure your sugars are under strict control.

Have a nice talk with your physician. He will know your current medical state, as well os the other things that can cause this problem. And can offer the best options, as well as what to expect in your specific situation.

The crap you buy over the internet or through 1-800-HARDON, ain't going to give you the hoped for hardon. Pills prescribed by your doctor, on the other hand, and purchased through a real pharmacy, should do the trick.
