I am building a new home and the builder has installed a 2 ton unit for the first and third floor and a 3T for the second floor. According the report from the contractor, I believe that the size for the second floor should be 2.5T and the first and third should be 3T. Please look at the numbers from the report below and tell me if I am wrong. Thanks for your help and if you need additional information please let me know,

You need to contact a engineer or another local HVAC company. Trying to do heat cool load calculations here never works. Sorry
