I posted this already in fitness, but I'm going to do it here as well.
I need to, NEED TO, NEED TO lose weight for bootcamp. I have to be a certain weight in, and I'm only 4-5lbs shy of it. If I don't lose it, I don't go in. I run 3miles almost daily, staying away from fatty foods, and soda, salt, etc. But still nothing. Ive heard a lot of different things.
- 1- Dont drink water, just dehydrate yourself and youll lose water weight.
- 2- Drink ONLY water.
- 3- No salt, and no carbs whatsoever. And run run run
- 4-Sweat it all out.
I only have 4 days, and I don't want to pick the wrong one. Help me out here!
