    Bootcamp in 4days
    I posted this already in fitness, but I'm going to do it here as well.

    I need to, NEED TO, NEED TO lose weight for bootcamp. I have to be a certain weight in, and I'm only 4-5lbs shy of it. If I don't lose it, I don't go in. I run 3miles almost daily, staying away from fatty foods, and soda, salt, etc. But still nothing. Ive heard a lot of different things.

    1. 1- Dont drink water, just dehydrate yourself and youll lose water weight.
    2. 2- Drink ONLY water.
    3. 3- No salt, and no carbs whatsoever. And run run run
    4. 4-Sweat it all out.



    I only have 4 days, and I don't want to pick the wrong one. Help me out here!

    First off don't deprive yourself of nutrients... they're important if you're not used to working out as much as you are, and are going to be. Water is imporant to help your muscles function just as food is important to make essential proteins for your body.
    In four days the most quick weight loss solution for 5 pounds that I can think of is (don't laugh) go get an enima. It's not permament just a sort of quick fix that will have you a few pounds lighter for a few days and then you'll be able to go to boot camp and loose the weight for real.

    Of those in your list I think that all sound okay except the first, water is water, you'll just loose it in an hour anyway, but eat a little fruit or something to keep your energy up.

    Hello Lost:

    In addition to crapping a few pounds as G suggested, take a diuretic. You'll pee out the few pounds left that you need to lose.

    You might be able to get them over the counter. I don't know anything about drugs.
