My boyfriend has been completely honest since day one with me... My problem is anybody who I've ever opened my heart to has lied to me and trust has become a huge issue. Even with family they have lied to me and relationships, I've been cheated on bad. Anyway my boyfriend and I live together and the biggest thing we argue about is because of my jealousy, how do I let my past go and trust the guy I'm in engaged to who's completely perfect?

You need to let go of the past and know that all guys aren't the same. You have to work on this issue yourself and from within otherwise you can push yopur fiancé away especially if he haven't gave you a reason to be jealous nor showed you any signs indicated that is he cheating on you.

There are a lot of self hepl books out there that can help you with this issue and sometimes your mate can help you battle this issue if your upfront with him.

One way that I think might can help you is write down everyone that did you wrong. Write how they made you felt and what they did to you. Afterwards burn or disguard the paper. THis might help you let go and it lets everything out.
