    Hello no:

    Write a letter to the judge. Or better yet, HIRE a lawyer... He'll write the judge.

    How long is your probation? How much have you successfully completed? Have you paid all your fines and/or restitution in full?

    With some judges you need to complete at least 3/4th of the probation successfully in order to get early termination.
