What are the criteria that one must prove in order to have a parent's rights revoked in the state of Georgia?

Long term prison sentence, being a very serious threat to the chidren
Merely not paying support or not visiting are not reasons in GA.

It is very very hard in GA to take away a fathers rights, but GA is very good at going after chld support also.
