    Ford 6l diesel glow plugs
My 03 6l diesel runs incredibly rough at start up first thing in the morning. Takes at least 5 minutes of warm up to even get the truck to move. After it warms up it runs fine. Is this glow plugs?

Glow plugs warm the fuel, while a block heater warms the engine. Since it starts okay, it sounds more like you need a block heater. I would also recommend using full-synthetic diesel HDEO. Ensure engine oil is filled to the top of the "Full" line on the dipstick. You may need a fuel additive in winter, because of ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel.
