    Renting in FORECLOSURED house
I have received the papers from the bank stating that the house is in Foreclosure I was told by the house manager that the owner did not wish to resign a new contract for one more year I was told that in may of 08 but she told me I can stay until I received paper that the house is in foreclosure well I have 2 weeks after paying JAN rent if the owner agree on a contract later I never receive a copy of contract so do I still need to pay her rent?

You need to pay rent as long as they own the property and you live there. Or until they tell you otherwise.

Unless this is California, you are obligated to pay rent for as long as you are living in the house, since a foreclosure may and can take months and months, it is hard to say how long before the bank takes over.
