I don't understand why everyone I work with that has benefits from work has cafeteria plan 125 on w2.Nobody knows what it is even managers and I've looked it up and it seems like something we all would have had to sign up for and learned about.It's starting to look like a scam.I called our payroll woman and she said it was just our health insurance and wasn't a special plan.Maybe,but I don't get it.

This is wage amount and is not included in W2 box 1, 3 or 5 or any other box. It is medical flexible spending account set by your employer.
If it is reported on W2 (not in any box), you don't do anything about this.
