OK so I've been with my baby daddy for 7 years,living together 2 years we have an 4 year old son.since I've meet him I've never worked I been staying at home mom.ok so getting straigt to the point all he does is work smoke mariguana and chill with his friends gets home late and expects me to be happy with him,sooo for the past couple of weeks I've not been having sex with him ohh I forgot to mention he's been drinking beer like every day.I've told him to go to rehab but he don't listing to me,today he stared screaming at me calling me a fat bi***... soo I left the apt and came to my moms house.what should I do this is not the 1st time I leave,but I always go back to he's place..

Jen, I have to tell you I am amazed at this. You have a dead beat boyfriend doing drugs in the home of your son and on top of that he gets to verbally abuse you. What amazes me is on the other side of the sprectrum you have really good guys that would never treat a girl or her child like this and those guys can't catch a break to save their lives. There has got to be somebody better for you out there... and if there isn't, isn't being alone a better alternative to being abused and putting you child through this. When you look at him do you think to yourself, "This is where I want my kid to be in 20 year, living on the couch, pissed at the world and to stupid to do anything about it, so he'll smoke another joint." I presume not, so I'd suggest you do what you know you should and walk out for good into a better life.

First and foremost, if he works hard, he deserves his downtime. Do you believe that he has problems with these substances? He's not going to take your suggestions or take you leaving seriously because he knows you'll come back.
