Your absolute weight is not what will help you conceive or not. Your general health is. I conceived my first child while I weighed over 100kg and had a normal pregnancy and healthy baby. I did lose 10kg over the pregnancy!
Your best bet is to clean up your diet. Try to eat lots of fresh whole unprocessed food. LImit the amount of white carbs (rice, pasta, sugar, bread) you eat, and reduce all processed food.
Base your diet on eggs, oily fish, fresh meat and chicken, lots and lots of green vegetables, some fruit, olive oil, nuts, dairy, wholegrains.
Everyone who is not bedbound has time for exercise. If you choose to do other things, that's your choice. You have the same 24 hours in the day as everyone else.
People that claim that they don't have time for exercise are not interested in losing weight. If weight loss is something you want - or in your case a child - you will need to find the time. Do you work 20 hours a day, 7 days a week? No? Then you have time if it matters.
Excuses do not lose weight. Stop making excuses and find the time.
