How do I recall an email?

    Need more info.

What program are you using for email?
And by "recall" do you mean after you delete it?
And if so, have you also deleted your "deleted mail" folder?

If the last 2 are true, you may be able to retrieve the email from your ISP's webmail interface... IF they are still on the server after you delete them from another program such as Outlook or Outlook Express.

You can only recall a message if your mail server supports it. For instance, companys that use Exchange support Recall, if you sent the message to someone else on the same system.

Open outlook, go into your sent items, and double click the message you want to recall.
In outlook 2007, You'll want to click "Other Actions" and then the Recall This Message button.
In outlook 2003, You'll want to click the Actions menu, and the 'Recall This Message' option.

Not an expert in this area... rickj rocks.

I read the OP as how to you "take back" an email that was sent out, that you want to "cancel"... AOL, for ex, used to let you "cancel" an email sent to another AOL member if you did it before they opened it... but you couldn't do it if sent to someone off AOL.

Guess its up to the OP'er to clarify.
