Demanding relocation expenses when evicted for foreclosure auction
Can a homeowner demand relocation expenses and a settlement amount when
His lawyer has been trying to stop the foreclosure for two years but the collection
Agency hires a top law firm to force it. To get paid, the attorney is considering
Offering a discount on the property to purchase so he can rehab, hold and eventually
Sell... does the foreclosed on homeowner have any right to demand relocation costs
And a settlement to go away peacefully?

Let me get this straight. You failed to keep your mortgage payments up to date so lost the home to foreclosure. Now you expect someone to pay your relocation expenses?

    Not likely.

    Hello n:

Yes. He can demand anything he wants.

However, if you want me to tell you whether he SHOULD get these costs, you're going to have to tell me what is going on.

Your explanation above makes no sense whatsoever...

Ok, I a still laughing so hard I can't type.

If this is a renter, they may have a suit against the home owner for allowing his property to go into foreclosure.

And to be honest the landowner was fighting being foreclosed on in court.
( sorry still laughing harder) you did not pay your mortgage, where do you believe you have any right to keep property you won't pay for. You can delay it for a bit with motions, hearings and the such but never stop it.

And no in fact you should expect to be sued by the bank for the balance of the loan not covered in the foreclosure sale.
