I can't remember the name of a kids movie, I believe it's a Disney movie from the 80's. All I can remember is that there is a girl who lives in the woods, maybe with her grandmother, and they are witches. A boy befriends her. I also remember she can skip stones(as on the water) a bunch of times. She may also be able to turn into a cat. Well hopefully someone out there knows, or else this is just 10 different movies I've made into one.
