Do I have a right to see my dead sister prenuptial agreement
My sister died without a will. Prior to her marriage she had a prenuptial agreement. I would like to know if we her siblings have a right to see the agreement.

I need to add that she lived in California, had no will and her sibs are heirs along with her husband

Why, a prenuptuial gives the details if there is a divorce, not for death, if there is no will, then the state probate laws would rule.

I can't understand why you want to see it,

There is no right to see it, since you have no legal standing or reason to see it. Unless pehaps she had already filed for a divorce
