I need help! I had some things taken from me by my x last year. I went and filled a warrant out for them and nothing has been done about and I want to drop the charges can I do this since there has nothing been serverd. And how can do it?

Talk to the prosecutor

Im from Kentucky and I went ti county attorney and the secertury said once its in there you can't stop it even if its I want it to stop.

If the prosecutor won't drop the charges, I doubt if you can do anything.

Yes, they don't have to "drop" anything if they don't want to.
You can request that they do by talking to the DA office.

But if they have not done anything by now, I doubt they are, are you sure there was a "warrant" issued
